All orders ship via US Postal Service only. The Buyer understands that once an order has shipped, loss or damage that occurs during shipment is The Buyers responsibility. The Buyer understands that Priority orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to arrive, and The Buyer understands that the length of time for a package to transit from The Sellers origin to The Buyers destination is in no way guaranteed. Next day shipment is not guaranteed by The Seller, and The Seller can not be held responsible for late or lost packages due to US Postal Service.

The listing of a material on this website does not constitute a license to, or a recommendation for its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products will be handled only by qualified and trained individuals. In purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges that there are hazards associated with their use. Customer represents and warrants to us that from customer’s own independent review and study they are fully aware and knowledgeable about (I) the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products purchased; (II) industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect its workers from such health and safety hazards; (III) the need to adequately warn of health and safety hazards associated with products; and (IV) government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to such products. The Buyer agrees not to resell our products for any reason. The Buyer agrees not to transport our products across state lines and/or international borders. The Buyer agrees not to transport our products to any country, state, county, municipality, city, town, and/or area where our products may be prohibited and/or scheduled. The Buyer understands that returns are accepted only if The Seller is at fault and a shipment received is not what was ordered. The Buyer assumes liability for products damaged in transit. In no event shall The Seller be liable for any use by The Buyer of the Products or any loss, claim, injury, damage or liability, of whatsoever kind of nature, which may arise from or in connection with this Agreement or the use, handling or storage of the Products. The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Seller, its officers, agents, and employees from any liability, loss or damage they may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgements against them arising out of the use or disposition of the Products by The Buyer.

“The Buyer” understands/agrees that Quality Research products are solely intended for laboratory/hobbyist research use only and any other use of these products is strictly forbidden.

“The Buyer” understands/agrees that these products are not intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals or other inappropriate applications and I have no intention of violating these terms of agreement when purchasing these products.

“The Buyer” understands/agrees that Quality Research products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

“The Buyer” understands/agrees that there are risks associated with the misuse of these products.

“The Buyer” confirms that I am a properly trained professional and/or handler of these.

“The Buyer” waives any direct, indirect of implied liability of Quality Research as a result of my handling and use of these products sold by Quality Research Chems.

“The Buyer” waives any right to hold Quality Research Chems responsible for any legal obligation.

It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of their local import and customs policy. We will be not be held liable for packages seized by the buyer’s local customs. If the package is returned, we will reship, but the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after they are delivered. Proof of delivery relieves Quality Research of any responsibility for the package.

International orders will not be considered lost until at least 30 days have passed after the shipping date.
